There are a few different ways to think about a Goblin deck. I think it all depends on whether or not you want to make use of Sculpture.

Red Cap / Mothman

This version focuses on spamming Goblins all over the board to power up Red Cap. Mothman is used to take care of those pesky Saints and Armored Dragons. Notice that Sculpture is not used since it would take out all your Goblins. Fairly simple and easy enough to add Granite Idol in for some protection.

Fontaciel

This version plays much like the above with the addition of Fontaciel. One use of Fontaciel's TA will power up your Goblins and Borgesses enough to keep Sculpture from affecting them. The weakness here is that Sculpture (and to a lesser extent, Revelation) is dependent upon Fontaciel. It's not that hard to keep Fontaciel from using her TA. It's a lot of cards to add to a deck just to try to Sculpture creatures with MHP 30 or less that aren't that hard to take out anyway. Alternately, you could just Mass Growth them.

Mothman / Sculpture

Instead of powering up Red Cap, this version focuses on powering up Mothman. To give the Goblins staying power, you should hit them with Sculpture. Necro Scarabs work here as defensive items since you don't really care about Goblins being Goblins. The addition of Spartoi gives you another way to get creatures during your spell phase. You'll have to add some other powerhouse in here for things that neutralize Air; either a Water or a Neutral creature will do.

My Version

3 Borgess
4 Goblin
3 Granite Idol
3 Horned Chameleon
4 Red Cap
3 Poseidon
3 Mothman

3 Counter Amulet
3 Petrify Stone

2 Chariot
4 Fat Body
2 Goblin's Lair
1 Incineration
2 Influence
2 Intrusion
2 Mass Phantasm
2 Telekinesis
4 Wind of Hope

Horned Chameleon can make a decent land holder since it gets the land bonus, Poseidon's boost, and Borgess's boost. As usual, Red Caps and Mothmen for offense. Fat Body will beef up your land holders. Really, it's a simple deck to play.
